We slept in a little, then enjoyed a bacon-centric breakfast: Gary choosing bacon and eggs, while I made an impressive BLT for myself. We hastily decided that trash collection must be an “essential service”, and scurried around collecting the trash from our various waste baskets. Gary rolled the bin out to the street.
Conference call at Noon which took an hour, provided a lot of answers and raised just as many questions. We took good notes.
A little cleaning and organizing in the afternoon. Thoughts about quick leftovers for dinner, since we both had business meetings via computer coming up soon.
Our simultaneous Zoom meetings began at 6:30, one for my work, the other a professional seminar for Gary’s office.
Then, our favorite TV night: NCIS and This is Us. We’re usually hooked on New Amsterdam as well, but it was pre-empted for the premiere of a new show, Council of Dads. That was a good one as well. We’ll see what the future brings.
Our son seems to be doing well in his own, separate isolation in his own separate home. So glad he has the dog.
We’ll check in tomorrow.
